The accommodation met our needs with comfortable beds, a fridge, and a sofa bed in the room, plus there was a modest restaurant offering local dishes.

I appreciated its very-very nice employees.
my reasonably large room came with super king size comfortable bed, kitchen, for instance. location: the hotel was very close to waterfront and supermarket, the bus station-buses called locally "guagua " operate from there to all corners of the island, and playa chica.

Spacious rooms with a proper kitchen for cooking and a big TV, as well as an extra-large, cozy super king size bed for a great night's sleep. 😊.

Convenient Location 🚌 This place is situated right next to the bus station where you can catch the local buses, known as guagua, that can take you all around the island. the neighborhood around here is also quite pleasant.

the apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities including a well-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect for exploring the northern part of Fuerteventura, and there were shops and a nice restaurant nearby. the host, despite the language barrier, was very helpful and even provided a map for sightseeing. it was excellent value for money and I would definitely visit again. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👍.

I always choose this place for my stay and have no regrets. The staff helped my elderly parents with a good attitude. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, and 24-hour reception. Coming back for Christmas!

The apartment was absolutely incredible - it was spacious, comfortable, and had the most jaw-dropping bed I've ever seen! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cookware, including an electric kettle, and there was even a washing machine and dry-hanger for our laundry needs. The location was amazing for exploring the northern part of Fuerteventura, with easy access to Coralejo and the beautiful Playa Chica. We found everything we needed within walking distance, from mini markets to a fantastic restaurant by the sea. The gentleman who showed us around didn't speak English but went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything, even providing us with a sightseeing map. The value for money was truly impressive, and I would absolutely visit again.

Clean and cozy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom had comfortable beds and the living room was spacious. The highlight of our stay was the free shuttle service to the airport. It was a lifesaver considering we had a lot of luggage!
No window in our unit.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary kitchen facilities to cook a meal. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and there was a mini market right next door. the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked really well.
The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better, especially the floors which were quite dirty. the kitchen utensils were also not as clean as we would have liked.

Located in a residential neighborhood, this apartment is conveniently close to the main bus station where "guagua" buses operate, providing easy access to all corners of the island. The apartment is situated in a nice neighborhood near the airport, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, there are excellent restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, allowing guests to easily find everything they need.
The kitchen utensils and plates were not as clean as expected and needed to be rewashed.

I recently stayed at a spacious apartment in Puerto del Rosario for a few days. The location was great, just 10 minutes from the main bus station and less than 10 minutes on foot to the beach. There was even a minimarket right next door, which was very convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the wifi worked flawlessly. Additionally, the apartment was in a non-touristy area, allowing me to experience the local lifestyle. It was also a perfect base to explore the rest of the island since the main station was close by. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Viviendas Xxiii.

Value for money was excellent, with a spacious and clean apartment equipped with all necessary kitchen facilities. The location was convenient for exploring the rest of the island by car and close to local shops and restaurants. The staff, despite a language barrier, made a genuine effort to assist us.
Breakfast offerings could be improved, perhaps by adding more variety or options.

I had the lovely experience of walking on dirty floors and rewashing kitchen utensils. The highlight was the sponge cube filled pillows. But hey, the bed was comfy and the wifi was amazing.
Who needs a window when you can have a patio without a view? Just perfect.
